Subject: Still feeling the effects

Hello,

As many of you may have noticed, we are still feeling the effects of the
recent migration of our regional provider's facilities.  The connection
upstream of out servers is sometimes spotty and is causing slow (sluggish)
web experiences.

We are currently contacting the regional provider.  We will update the
