Subject: Regional Provider's Facilities Upgrade

Hello,

We have just received notice from our Regional Provider that they will
be performing maintenance on their connections to the internet backbone.
This maintenance will be from (approximately) 23:55 on March 6, 2000 until
00:35 on March 7, 2000. [Possibly a shorter window.]

This upgrade will modify their connectivity and move them to a new router.
Once completed, you will see a difference in routing.  This will resolve
some of the routing issues that some of you are seeing going through the
IconNet backbone.
