The recent flooding in Houston has severely effected our upstream
connectivity.  Our regional provider is currently rerouting their
circuits to avoid the Houston access points.  Until the reroute
has finished, your access to the internet-at-large will be spotty.

Should you get messages that your e-mail has been rejected by the
recipient's mail server, please resent the mesage at a later date.
