Subject: Upstream Circuit Back

Hello,

At 00:42 this morning (Friday, June 22, 2001), the upstream circuit
was established once again.  Communication with the technical staff
dealing with the circuit indicated a bad circuit card in a piece of
DS3 (communications) equipment.  We were informed the card would be
replaced during the nightly maintenance window ... somewhere around
1:00am.  We are fortunate that this solved the problem and all
services are back as they were a day ago.
