We have been on the phone working with their technical support and now understand that the problem is with their routers flagging routes as questionable. Once flagged such, the other routers in the internet will avoid the flagged routers for a pre-determined time period which is set by the individual router. Once the flag clears, the route is again available for use. At present, the route flags are due to expire and resume normal operations.
