All pending e-mail messages have been sent along and inbound e-mail has started to flow again. Working continuously with the Regional provider, the troubled router was diagnosed and replaced with an alternate router. Once the alternate router was configured and new IP addresses assigned, traffic began to flow. At this time, there are no outstanding issues left unresolved.
