X-URL: http://www.OMNIport.net/ To: OMNIport Customer Subject: Dialup accounts NOT sending e-mail Hello, Yesterday, our dialup access port vendor changed the configuration of the dialup access routers for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The result was a change in the IP addresses that are assigned when OMNIport customers dial into their internet access account. There is a secondary effect that is currently being researched. The OMNIport dialup customers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area are not able to send e-mail. The SMTP port (port 25) is being blocked in some manner. E-mail is still being received and all customers outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area are unaffected for sending e-mail.
